Building websites since I was fourteen. Professionally since 2012, freelance since 2024.

It started in 2006 with two websites about the games 18 Wheels of Steel and Test Drive Unlimited, on free hosting: guides, screenshots, a car list. The second one caught on enough that I was taken into the Scorpions team, which ran the "professional" TDU site of the day. That was the motivation to start learning properly.

Then came a CMS, PHP and jQuery. Bud-cool.cz was the first site that made me money, riding the Facebook wave of sharing funny pictures. Alongside it, a few Android apps with real users and themes for Go Launcher. That portfolio got me my first job after school.

Six years at Pelmet, four at Citrix, a year and a quarter at ALICE Technologies. Since 2024 I have worked for myself, and Pelmet, where I started, is now my main client.

What I can do for you

  • A website from scratch, to your brief.
  • One app for the web, Windows, Android and iPhone.
  • Taking over an existing app: fixes, maintenance, security updates.
  • Consulting and training around websites, including how to manage your own site with AI.
  • Outside my field: installing Hikvision camera systems.

TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular, Flutter, PHP. With today's tools, practically any common language.

How I work

I use AI agents fully. They write most of the code and raise both my pace and the quality of the result. The brief, the architecture and the decisions stay mine, and I read, test and approve every change before it goes out.

The difference between "I had it generated" and a finished product is in what happens around it: a precise brief, review and tests. Without that, the result either does not do what it should, or it has problems under the surface that a layperson cannot see. This site was built exactly this way.
